Terms of Service

Last updated 11 October 2026

These terms govern your use of stafflume.site and its interactive product preview. By using the site you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

About the site

This website describes Stafflume, an HR operations platform that is in development. It is provided for information and to let prospective customers request early access.

Interactive preview and sample data

The preview uses fictional people, documents and policies, and its assistant replies are scripted examples. It illustrates the intended product experience. It is not a live service, does not process real employee data and is not a commitment that any feature will be delivered in a particular form or at a particular time.

Early access and enquiries

Submitting a form is a request to talk. It does not create a contract, a right to use the product or an obligation on either side. Any pilot or commercial use will be covered by a separate written agreement.

Your responsibilities

  • Provide accurate contact details when you submit a form.
  • Do not submit sensitive personal data about employees or other individuals through the website forms.
  • Do not misuse the site, including attempting to disrupt it, probe it for vulnerabilities without permission, scrape it at a harmful rate or use it for unlawful purposes.

Intellectual property

The Stafflume name, logo, site design, text and software are owned by Stafflume or its licensors. You may view and share links to the site, but may not copy or reuse its content or branding without written permission.

Third-party services

The site may mention third-party products, such as Amazon Web Services. Those names belong to their owners. Mentioning them does not imply endorsement or partnership.

Disclaimers

The site and preview are provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, including that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free. Nothing on this site is legal, employment or HR advice.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, Stafflume is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of the site. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date above shows the latest version, and continued use of the site means you accept the changes.
