This website does not use advertising cookies or third-party analytics, and it has no user accounts.

• Information you submit in the early-access and contact forms: full name, business email, company, company size, primary use case or topic, and any message you write.
• Information in emails you send us.
• Standard technical logs created by our hosting provider when pages are requested, such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested.

The interactive preview

The product preview on the home page runs entirely in your browser using fictional sample data. What you type or click in it is not sent to us or stored.

How we use information

We do not sell personal information.

• To reply to your enquiry and discuss early access or a pilot.
• To understand which problems and use cases matter to prospective customers.
• To keep the website secure and working.

Who handles it

We use service providers to host this website and to deliver form submissions to us by email or a similar service. They process information on our behalf and only to provide those services. We do not share your submission with anyone else unless the law requires it or you ask us to.

Retention

We keep enquiry details for as long as needed to respond and manage any resulting conversation, and then delete them or keep them only as long as we have a legitimate reason to. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct or delete your personal information, to object to or restrict how we use it, and to complain to your data protection authority. To exercise any of these, email saad@stafflume.site.

International processing

Our service providers may process information in countries other than your own.

Children

This website is intended for business users and is not directed at children.

Product data

When Stafflume becomes available to customers, employee data processed in the product will be governed by a separate agreement and privacy documentation. This policy does not cover it.
